Woman in Red Dress

From the job I was committed for SONY, it appears on here.

That was my dream job and I was so happy to take this opportunity.

I crossed the ditch and spent a very nice weather week in Sydney, the film crew hopped around from gorgeous houses to a huge studio and beautiful beaches, working with a super high tech SONY movie camera and very nice OZ crews.

The camera I used was a prototype Alpha but the quality was great, loved the monitor on the back. It was like a super mini Bravia!

Lots of Love Options

Memorial Wedding Photography - Irene and Andy from Auckland originally from a big city of Indonesia came down to Queenstown for two nights, just for the photo shooting.

Memorial Wedding photo shooting is a good option for a couple who is keen to have many variations of shots, because it’s not like a real wedding day, we can allocate whole time just for the shooting and we can travel much far like this time.

We started from Coronet Peak then Lake Hayes then Queenstown and Glenorchy in one day! Also the couple brought many options of clothing too.

So lucky for the mild weather day in a cold winter, it was all day blue sky and the nice sunset. The couple love TV cooking shows and they didn’t stop talking about it while we were travelling in the car.

I’m sure they had a nice dinner after the big shooting day at the master chef’s restaurant.

Delivery of Studio Lighting

We were called out to Mercure Queenstown Resort for a corporate portrait session for Invest Blue from Australia, they came into Queenstown for a business conference.

Over 40 people, white Individual shots as well as group shots and fun shots for more than a dozens of people within 2 and a half hours including backdrops changing was quite a challenge!

To make it more fun, the client's flights were delayed and it compressed the time schedule to about 2 hours!!

Makeup stylist Laurie and me and my assistant for the day were the best team on the set, managed to shoot all people within the allocated time.

We brought 4 heads with a beauty dish, softbox with a grid, shoot through umbrella, etc, using backpaper was necessary to fulfil the client's requirement. We took almost everything that we have in our studio.

The team of Invest Blue are really friendly and the whole shooting went through smoothly with a lot of laughs and organised very well despite of the delay. What a wonderful company!

Thank you for having us and you guys look great!
